Monica joined Bibey in February of 2024, bringing her fabrication knowledge from her previous employer regarding press brakes, CNC machining, punch presses, welding, and painting. She is OSHA certified and loves playing pool, riding motorcycles, and going on cruises. Monica specifically enjoys the familial aspect of being at Bibey with her co-workers and peers. Her favorite project to be a part of so far was helping create the handrails used at the Greensboro Coliseum, which she points out regularly to people when she visits the complex.
