New Equipment, Better Capabilities

We’re excited to share that we’ve added a new Laser CNC cutting system to our shop, and it’s already expanding what we’re able to do for our customers.

This new machine allows us to produce smaller, more precise parts, giving us tighter tolerances and cleaner cuts that lead to better finished parts and more consistent results for your projects.

Key capabilities include:

• Cutting parts up to 24” x 24”
• Material thickness from 20 gauge up to 5/16”

In addition to cutting, we now also offer laser welding. This process allows us to produce higher-quality welds while cutting process time in half. Laser welds are cleaner, smaller, and maintain the same strength—resulting in a stronger, more refined finished product.

We’re excited about how this new technology will improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time for the parts we produce.
